In order to further enhance the emergency response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic, scientifically, safely and efficiently prevent and control the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and reduce the risk of the spread of the new crown virus in medical institutions, on the afternoon of February 5th, the Linyi Dermatology Hospital organized public health Relevant departments such as the Department of Science, the Hospital Sensation Office, and the General Affairs Department carried out the second emergency response drill for suspected cases of new coronary pneumonia.

After the general branch secretary Han Yongqiang and vice president Zhao Xin gave instructions, the drill officially began. The scene simulates a 22-year-old male who came to see a doctor. His temperature was 37.5 degrees during the pre-examination in the clinic, accompanied by symptoms such as dry cough and chest tightness. The pre-inspection and triage staff immediately led the patient to a temporary isolation room, replaced him with a surgical mask, asked about the recent travel history in the affected area, made a detailed registration and reported to the Public Health Department.

After receiving the report, the public health staff immediately put on protective clothing and went to the temporary isolation room to further verify the patient's condition and suspicious exposure history, then report to the hospital's epidemic prevention and control leading group, call the Municipal Center for Disease Control, and wait for the superior to arrange a referral.

After the arrival of the referral vehicle, the general affairs department will guide it into the designated location, and the public health department staff will guide the suspected patient to leave the hospital from the special passage and board the vehicle, to the designated hospital for further diagnosis. The hospital’s office will handle the garbage generated by suspected patients in accordance with the regulations, and wipe the places that the patients have touched with a high-concentration disinfectant, and prohibit other staff from entering until the disinfection is completed.
The entire exercise was based on the existing, close to actual combat, and achieved the expected goal of improving the response ability of suspected patients with new crown pneumonia, laying a solid foundation for further normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia.
