Implement an information registration system, and no imported cold chain food that cannot provide a source of purchase is not allowed.

Beijing News Express (Reporter Pei Jianfei) This morning (November 27), the Ministry of Transport held a regular press conference in November. Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued a technical guide for cold chain logistics epidemic prevention and disinfection, highlighting loading, unloading, transportation, etc. Focus on prevention and control links, and focus on strengthening cold chain food disinfection. Operators are required to wear masks throughout the process of transporting goods, and are not allowed to open the box without authorization, and cannot open cold chain food packaging at will.

"Recently, many places have reported that the new coronavirus nucleic acid has been tested positive in the outer packaging of imported cold chain food or in the environment. This has sounded the alarm for us and put forward higher requirements for us to prevent and control the winter epidemic." Transportation Sun Wenjian, spokesperson of the Ministry of Transport, said that continuing to strengthen "external defense input, internal defense rebound" and "personal defense" is the focus of the current transportation normalized epidemic prevention and control work. He said that the Ministry of Transport recently issued the "Guidelines for the Prevention, Control and Disinfection of New Coronavirus in Road and Waterway Imported Cold Chain Food Logistics" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guide"), highlighting key prevention and control links such as loading, unloading and transportation, and focusing on strengthening cold chain food disinfection .

The "Guide" requires that the protection of employees should be strengthened and the safety of the frontline workers of cold chain logistics should be guaranteed. Especially when loading and unloading imported cold-chain foods from areas where the epidemic occurred, instruct dock handlers and other operators to wear masks throughout the process of moving goods, and at the same time, avoid the goods from sticking to the face and touching the mouth and nose with hands to prevent possible contact Frozen products contaminated by the new coronavirus, etc. Do not open the box without authorization, and do not open cold chain food packaging at will.

At the same time, strict disinfection of transportation vehicles is required to resolutely prevent the spread of the virus through transportation channels. Before and after cold-chain logistics transportation, thoroughly disinfect the parts of the used transportation tools and containers that may have been in contact; implement an information registration system and must not carry imported cold-chain foods that cannot provide a source of purchase. At the same time, it will also urge port enterprises, freight yards and other operating units to truthfully register information about imported cold-chain food transport vehicles entering and leaving the port yards, as well as drivers and other relevant information.

In addition, the "Guide" also requires emergency handling of emergencies. Once the imported cold chain food or packaging is found to be positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid, the company will promptly initiate an emergency plan to cut off the transmission route and isolate close contacts. For people with cases or abnormal conditions suspected of COVID-19, enterprises shall implement prevention and control measures to prevent proliferation internally and export externally.

In the next step, the Ministry of Transport will continue to guide and supervise cold chain food logistics companies and employees, do their best to prevent and control cold chain logistics epidemics, and further strengthen "personal protection" to prevent the spread of the new crown virus through cold chain logistics channels.
