Hongkong Post says suspension of delivery to Wuhan Speedpost due to cancellation of carrier flight

A Hongkong Post spokesman, responding to the suspension of the speedpost service to Wuhan, said that starting November 16, last year, the delivery of express mail to Wuhan was cancelled.
