China - Beef and pork prices up as consumers shift demand to them due to avian flu, Hefei province - January 1, 2017
The specific animals affected by avian flu are not mentioned. I assume it is the poultry food source. The Zhou Gudui market is mentioned as one place where the beef and pork prices are rising due changing consumer preference. For consumers to change their preference away from poultry, the avian flu outbreaks are probably widespread in the area.
