Sino-Russian border ports closed as rivers flood

Heavy rainfall has caused 32 rivers in Northeast China?s Heilongjiang Province to flood.Average rainfall in the province since June has reached 311 millimetres, 16% more than the previous year.??A high-level emergency response has been issued. Six Sino-Russian border ports been have closed to passengers due to high water levels.
