In order to further enhance the health emergency response capabilities of medical staff at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital Zaozhuang Hospital, master the health emergency response process, and strengthen inter-departmental coordination, this afternoon, the Medical Department of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital Zaozhuang Hospital organized relevant departments to carry out a "Group Multiple Injury Treatment First Aid Drill" in the emergency hall. Vice President Zhao Xiaobing, relevant functional departments, some clinical medical and technical department staff, and all emergency department staff participated.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the drill, a careful drill plan was formulated before the drill in light of the mass emergencies that have occurred in recent years to ensure that all aspects of the drill were closely connected, coordinated and orderly.
The drill simulated a traffic accident on a road under extremely bad weather, resulting in multiple injuries. Three patients were about to be sent to the emergency department of Zaozhuang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital. The emergency department immediately launched emergency rescue work according to the emergency plan, opened a green channel for the treatment of trauma patients, and reported to the medical department. The members of the medical emergency rescue team quickly arrived at the emergency department within 5 minutes and assembled to make various rescue preparations. As the 120 ambulances arrived one after another, the "injured" were transferred to the emergency department one after another. Under unified command, the on-site medical staff divided the work and cooperated to quickly classify the "injured" according to their condition. According to the injury, the emergency staff on duty actively coordinated with the neurosurgery, hepatobiliary surgery, orthopedics and other departments for multidisciplinary consultations, and notified the imaging department, ultrasound department, laboratory department and other medical and technical departments to prepare, and finally sent the "injured" to the corresponding treatment areas for emergency rescue and proper placement. The drill site was efficient and smooth, tense and orderly.
After the drill, Zhao Xiaobing fully affirmed the organization and coordination, process arrangement, and treatment process of the drill, and emphasized that medical staff should deeply understand the importance of the drill, be familiar with, master, and apply emergency rescue knowledge and reporting procedures and disposal methods, and further improve the feasibility, closeness, and reliability of the emergency disposal system and emergency plan for multiple injuries. In the next step, Zaozhuang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine will regularly carry out health emergency first aid capacity training, continuously strengthen the construction of the health emergency first aid system, and promote the high-quality development of the hospital's health emergency first aid level.
