            Shiloh-san,
I suggest you to use "Mandarin spelling" when the patient is a Main land China people.
Let's use "ShiGu District" or "Shigu District" for "石鼓区" instead of "Shek Kwu District".
Shek Kwu seems to me as Cantonese spelling, if we accept Cantonese here, Hunan has to be spelled in another way, since "nan" might be spelled "nam" (as I am not an expert of Cantonese so this might be my misunderstanding).

In this way, Chinese is not easy for us foreigners!: LOL

As for the name of the patient #949, It should be "Patient: Ms. Zhang" not "Patients Zhang Moumou" .
某某(pronounced as MouMou) is just to hide the patient's full name in order to protect her privacy.
As is always the case with the name of Chinese press announcement except for the name of the criminals, you can suppose there is no 某(Mou) for the family name.
They often put his/her family name and then put 某 or 某某(Mou or Moumou)and it shows that his/her family name consists of one letter or two letters.

This information is just for FluTrackers members especially for the people who is/are not Chinese
