Operators who are still selling live poultry in the market and slaughtering live poultry after the issuance of this notice shall be ordered to stop their operations immediately; those who refuse to stop their operations shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, they shall be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with the law.
This notice will be implemented from the date of issuance.
