Thanks Mike for all of the info! I temporarily moved this thread here so we can consult about it.

I am trying to update my H5N6 list.....

All of the links noting the death of your case #10 do not work....(my case #11)....

As to your case #14 fatality...it is mentioned in the language portion of the report but not included in the chart....weird...

Also for continuity, is it possible for you to start your list with case #1 instead of case #0?
