hat tip Michael Coston for the link

Is this a typo? Xinhua - the central government media outlet is reporting this as an H7N9 case:

Guangxi reports 1st H7N9 human case this year
        English.news.cn 2014-02-02 19:20:58 More
NANNING, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region reported a human case of H7N9 on Sunday, its first this year....

We have the official provincial report above in post 3. It clearly indicates H5N1 in several spots and further states "..which is the second human case in Guangxi since 2009 confirmed cases of H5N1 avian influenza infection." WHO report on Guangxi 2009 case here.

Did Xinhua "get it wrong" or is the central government changing the report of the provincial authorities?
