ESPERANZA, Agusan del Sur ? A mosquito-borne disease known as Chikungunya afflicted 78 persons, 15 of them have been hospitalized here and in the city of Bayugan, health officials said yesterday.

The provincial health office said some of the patients, mostly female with ages ranging form 10 to 40 years old were sent home after undergoing treatment...

Four Chikungunya cases recorded in Zamboanga

Zamboanga City Health Officer (CHO) Dr. Rodel Agbulos has revealed that they recorded four positive cases of Chikungunya in the city.
