      Wednesday, June 24, 2020. As of June 24th, 147 new cases of COVID-19 have been registered, for a total of 2515 confirmed cases, with an age range of zero to 94 years. They are 1123 women and 1392 men, of whom 1822 are Costa Ricans and 693 are foreigners.

      There are positive cases in 78 cantons. By age we have: 1959 adults, 114 older adults and 371 minors and 71 are under investigation.

      There are 12 regrettable deaths, three women and nine men with an age range of 26 to 87 years.

      30 persons are hospitalized, five of them are in intensive care with an age range of 43 to 61 years.

            Thursday, June 25, 2020 . As of June 25, 169 new cases of COVID-19 are registered, for a total of 2,684 confirmed cases, with an age range of zero to 94 years. There are 1201 women and 1,483 men, of whom 1968 are Costa Rican and 716 are foreigners.

            Positive cases are counted in 79 cantons, adding Buenos Aires to the list of songs with positive cases by COVID-19. By age we have: 2077 adults, 122 older adults and 414 minors and 71 are under investigation.

            There are 1,227 people recovered in 73 cantons, Nandayure adding to the list of cantons with recovered cases. The recovered cases have an age range of zero to 92 years, of which 583 are women and 644 are men, by age we have: 1021 adults, 56 older adults, 139 minors and 11 are under investigation.

            There are 12 regrettable deaths, three women and nine men with an age range of 26 to 87 years.

            29 people are hospitalized, six of them are in intensive care with an age range of 43 to 78 years.

            At this time, 26,331 people have been discarded and a total of 37,645 samples have been processed.

                • June 27, 2020 . This morning the death number 13 of a COVID-19 patient was recorded, it is a 78-year-old Costa Rican woman who lived in the Guanacaste province.
                  The death occurred at the San Juan de Dios Hospital where she had been hospitalized since June 24 in the Intensive Care Unit. The woman tested positive for COVID-19 the same day she was admitted to the ICU.
                  The deceased, in addition to age, suffered from high blood pressure and diabetes, risk factors for COVID-19.
                  This death is added to the 12 regrettable deaths already registered: three women and nine men with an age range of 26 to 87 years.

                          • Costa Rica registers 16 deaths of COVID-19 patients
                            June 30, 2020. The country registered this morning the sixteenth death of a COVID-19 patient, it is an 89-year-old woman from Costa Rica, residing in the province of San Jos?.
                            The death occurred in the Specialized Patient Care Center with COVID-19 (CEACO) where she had been hospitalized since June 25. The woman was diagnosed with COVID-19 on June 22.
