SPIRITWOOD, Sask. ? A respiratory outbreak has forced the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region to place visitor restrictions at the Spiritwood health complex.

The outbreak was declared by the region?s medical health officer on Tuesday afternoon.

Officials say 10 residents and four staff have become ill with the respiratory symptoms that appears to be influenza...
