    It is curious.

    The strain was characterized (see Emerging Infectious Diseases Journal) and was seen in very few instances.

    Furthermore, it has some genetic signatures matching another strain isolated in a zoo tiger in Jiangsu.

    How did a such kind of strain manage to infect a single individual in a poultry market, without any other case noticed at local level and in the chickens?
