      • On 26 May 2012, after receiving information from Ministry of Health on a girl aged 13 living in Pring village who was reported dead and confirmed infected with H5N1, an investigation team from the National Veterinary Research Institute (NaVRI) of the Department of Animal Health and Production (DAHP) went to the village to investigate and take some samples from local chicken and ducks.
      • Some samples were confirmed positive for HPAI H5N1.
