    • Epidemiological comments
      • - 80 nasal swabs and serum samples were collected in pigs located within 5 km radius around the index farm. All samples were negative for H1N1 (22 December 2009).
      • - For disease detection, on 19 December 2009, 119 nasal swabs and serum samples were collected in pigs from the index farm and submitted to the National Institute of Animal Health (Thailand). Results on 26 December 2009 were negative for H1N1.
      • - On 15 December 2009, 30 nasal swabs were collected from pigs in Nakorn Ratchasima province. These pigs had been sold from the index farm before the finding of the positive cases. All samples were negative for H1N1 (22 December 2009).
      • - No swine within the index farm shows any respiratory sign.
