    9 cases of Campylobacteriosis, 27 of Salmonellosis, 75 of Dengue (1 DHF), 546 HFMD, 7 mumps - see link for full list.

    Average daily clinic visits;
    ARI: 2,179
    Conjunctivitis: 82
    Diarrhoea: 367
    Chickenpox: 14

    Influenza indicators for E-week 36 (2 - 8 September 2012) are as follows:
    The average daily number of patients seeking treatment in the polyclinics for ARI decreased from 2,370 (over 5.5 working days) in E-week 35 to 2,179 (over 5.5 working days) in E-week 36, and was below the warning level.

    The proportion of patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) among the polyclinic attendances for ARI was less than 1%.
    The overall prevalence of influenza among ILI samples (n=75) in the community was 30.7% in the past four weeks. Of all the positive samples tested in August 2012, influenza A(H3N2) constituted 42.9%, whilst influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 and influenza B constituted 30.9% and 26.2%, respectively.

      The average daily number of patients seeking treatment in the polyclinics for ARI increased from 2,179 (over 5.5 working days) in E-week 36 to 2,453 (over 5.5 working days) in E-week 37, and remained below the warning level.

      The proportion of patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) among the polyclinic attendances for ARI remained low at 1%.
      The overall prevalence of influenza among ILI samples (n=81) in the community was 38.3% in the past four weeks. Of all the positive samples tested in August 2012, influenza A(H3N2) constituted 42.9%, whilst influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 and influenza B constituted 30.9% and 26.2%, respectively.

                  The proportion of patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) among the polyclinic attendances for ARI remained low at 1%.
