All Fresh Beef Liver Served in FY 2007-2010 Seen Unsafe
Tokyo, Jan. 29 (Jiji Press)--No raw beef liver that had met the government's safety criteria was shipped during fiscal 2007 and 2010, indicating that all fresh liver dishes served at restaurants during the period were unsuitable for eating raw, a health ministry survey report showed Sunday.
