Tokyo, Jan. 24 (Jiji Press)--Japan's health ministry aims to substantially reduce the number of people at risk of being affected by secondhand smoking over 10 years from fiscal 2013 beginning in April next year.
One estimate shows that the number of passive smokers at home and restaurants can be reduced to some 30 pct of the current levels, ministry officials said.
