Tokyo restaurants, butchers fail to observe raw beef processing rules
TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Restaurants and butchers in Tokyo are failing to observe new rules enforced in October on the processing of meat for raw beef dishes, the metropolitan government said Tuesday.
