      • Hiyoshi, Shinshiro city, Aichi:
        • On 14 February 2011, poultry was tested positive for influenza A with rapid test at a farm in Hiyoshi.
        • Virus was identified as H5 with RT-PCR on 14 February and as H5N1 on 18 February.
        • Mandatory movement restriction has been enforced within 10 km around the affected farm since 14 February 2011.
        • All of the poultry at the farm was destroyed by 15 February.
      • Kishigawa-cho, Kinokawa city, Wakayama:
        • On 15 February 2011, poultry was tested positive for influenza A with rapid test at a farm in Kishigawa-cho.
        • Virus was identified as H5 with RT-PCR on 15 February and as H5N1 on 19 February.
        • Mandatory movement restriction has been enforced within 10 km around the affected farm since 15 February 2011.
        • All of the poultry at the farm was destroyed by 18 February.
      • Kiho-cho, Minamimuro-gun, Mie:
        • On 15 February 2011, poultry was tested positive for influenza A with rapid test at a farm in Kiho-cho.
        • Virus was identified as H5 with RT-PCR on 16 February and as H5N1 on 19 February.
        • Mandatory movement restriction has been enforced within 10 km around the affected farm since 15 February 2011.
        • All of the poultry at the farm was destroyed by 17 February.
      • Kitaura-machi, Nobeoka city, Miyazaki:
        • On 15 February 2011, poultry was tested positive for influenza A with rapid test at a farm in Kitaura-machi.
        • Virus was identified as H5 with RT-PCR on 17 February and as H5N1 on 22 February.
        • Mandatory movement restriction has been enforced within 10 km around the affected farm since 15 February 2011.
        • All of the poultry at the farm was destroyed by 17 February.
