    Disaster victim with cancer not given qualification for care until three days after death

    ISHINOMAKI, Miyagi -- At a temporary housing unit here on Feb. 10, a baby boy turned his head and looked around the room. "He looks just like his grandfather," said the baby's grandmother, 57-year-old Nobuko Kimura. In the corner of the room over a shelf was a portrait of the child's grandfather, Fumiyuki, who passed away at the age of 61 after a battle with lung cancer.

    Japan's GDP dipped in the last three months of 2011
