              The "Northern Affairs Division" reading increased suddenly from 3582 microSv/h to 4485 microSv/h by 16:00. (Page 3)

                Radiation readings up to 09:00 on March 19th. The "Northern Affairs Division" reading peaked above 5000 micro Sv/hour at 17:00 on the 18th before dropping back to around 3500.

                      Page 5 shows a broad peak in radiation readings from 14:00 to 16:30. Not quite returned back to baseline yet. The corresponding data points are on page 1.
