Outbreak of influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 among turkeys in Norway
The Norwegian veterinary Institute discerned the virus of pand?mique influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 to turkeys in a farm of animal husbandry in the county of Ostfold in the south of Norway. Samples were accomplished as part of the program of surveillance, without there being clinical signs in the herd, except a short period of fall of the production of eggs (10-12 %).
Moreover 2 employees introduced an influenzal syndrome and were tested positive for the pand?mique stump A (H1N1) / California / 07/2009.
