Joggers stumble upon dead dolphin on Vasai beach

On Tuesday morning, a few residents from Vasai village spotted an eight-foot-long dead dolphin washed ashore. There was a thick layer of oil and grease surrounding the dolphin.
The mammal was subsequently picked it up and cremated on the beach.

In the past, several incidents of dead dolphins being washed ashore at Vasai, Dadar and Juhu beaches have been reported.
