Two more cholera deaths were recorded in Nakuru Town on Tuesday, raising the toll to five.
The latest victim is a five-year-old boy of Mwariki. He died at Rift Valley Provincial Hospital.
According to local civic leader Charles Maisiba, who helped to take some of the sick to hospital, there is panic in town, and he appealed to the government to stop the spread of the disease.
