MAPUTO, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi said Sunday that 91 health workers, including doctors and nurses, have been infected with the novel coronavirus in his country.
The president revealed the figure in his televised announcement to extend the state of emergency for the third time, as part of the government's effort to contain the spread of COVID-19.
