                          A second person has died from COVID-19 in Delaware.

                          DOVER, Delaware (WPVI) -- The state of Delaware has reported its second death due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

                          Health officials said Thursday an 86-year-old man died at Little Sisters of the Poor Jeanne Jugan Residence long-term care facility in Newark.
