Sweden has reported 62,234 Cases of COVID -19 Infections and 5209 deaths. Canada has reported 103,087 cases and 8544 deaths. In Norway, there are 8788 cases and 248 deaths. Likewise, Belarus has reported 59,487 cases and 357deaths.

According to doctors at Haukeland University Hospital, there is much evidence that the brain is affected in corona patients. The phenomenon has been called “covid-brain”.
Senior physician Marianne Aanerud at Haukeland tells NRK that many patients have not understood how sick they are. For example, they may deny that they are short of breath, despite measurements showing that they have severe oxygen deficiency.

Braathen could return to their holiday home, but suffered delirium along the way and lost eight kilos from all the sweating and loss of appetite

MORE PASSENGERS ARE NOW BEING ALLOWED on board Oslo’s public transport services. Several seats that were blocked off have been made available again on the Norwegian capital’s metro, tram and bus lines.
Passengers can now sit next to each other again, instead of having a meter between them. “By sitting shoulder to shoulder, it’s possible to limit facial contact,” stated a press release from the transport system Ruter. “That’s important for limiting infection.”

The number of Covid-19 patients in the hospital nationwide on Friday, however, declined further to just four. The Corona-related death toll rose by one overnight, and now stands at 252, the first new fatality in a week.
At midnight, 9,028 cases of Coronavirus infection were registered in Norway, according to preliminary figures from the National Institute of Public Health.
This is an increase of three cases in the last 24 hours. In the last two days, the number has increased by 13 cases.
The figures are taken from the Notification System for Infectious Diseases (MSIS) and show a preliminary overview.
A total of eight people are receiving treatment at a hospitals for Covid-19 disease on Friday. On Friday, 255 deaths were registered as a result of the disease

The Norwegian borders are now open for leisure travel to and from most of the other Nordic countries. From 15 July travellers from EEA/Schengen countries with acceptable levels of infection can travel to Norway.
From 15 June, the Nordic countries reopened their borders to allow travel between the countries.

9,638 cases of Coronavirus infection were registered in Norway at midnight Monday, according to preliminary figures from the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH).
This is an increase of 39 cases in the last 24 hours. The increase is somewhat smaller than it has been in recent days. On midnight Sunday the increase was 48 cases and on Saturday it was 83 new cases. Since Friday, there are 170 new cases of infection.
No further deaths were reported

A total of 9,751 Norwegians have tested positive for the Coronavirus. About 95 percent, have recovered and are healthy, according to FHI.
A total of 15 people were hospitalized on Monday with Coronavirus. That is one less than on Tuesday, figures from the Norwegian Directorate of Health show. Of the 15 who are admitted, 2 patients are on respirators. The figures will not be updated over the weekend.
NIPH has registered 256 Coronavirus related deaths in this country.
