Coronavirus in the State of Mexico At the moment, the entity represents the second position, after Mexico City, in having the highest number of COVID-19 cases, with 9,002. The epidemic curve in the country as of May 19 maintains an upward trend when confirmed cases are combined with suspected cases. More than half of the 29,450 suspected cases nationwide are from Mexico City and the State of Mexico , Alom?a said Tuesday.
