She returned from Iran on an unspecified date with a high fever, but her immune system is responding well and her condition is stable, a medical source at Rafic Hariri government hospital told AFP. The Minister had also indicated that all the passengers of the flight taken by the patient had been contacted by the health authorities.

          A Lebanese woman suspected of bringing coronavirus to Lebanon from the Iranian city of Qom said she is only suffering from a cold and criticized the Beirut government for lying about her case, according to several Lebanese media outlets who quoted her from audio recordings.

          The woman identified by Lebanese media as 45-year-old Taghrid Ali Sakr arrived from Qom last week and was declared Lebanon's first case of coronavirus by the Lebanese Health Ministry on Friday.

                    Health Ministry: 3 new coronavirus cases confirmed, number of infections raised to 10
                    The Ministry of Health announced on Sunday three new confirmed Coronavirus cases in Lebanon.

                    In a statement, the ministry said that the new patients were on board of airplanes that came from Iran and they had been in quarantine at home and when the symptoms started appearing, they were transferred to Rafic Hariri University Hospital.

                    The statement indicated that the three patients were isolated when the PCR test result was positive.

                    “The number of coronavirus infected people in Lebanon has risen to 10,” the statement added.

                    The ministry urged all people arriving from countries with Coronavirus outbreak to fully abide by the in-home quarantine and to call the following number: 76/592699 if any symptoms show.
