      In Italy, since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic, at least 237,290 people have contracted the Sars-CoV-2 virus (+303 compared to yesterday, + 0.1%; yesterday +338). Of these, 34,371 died (+26, + 0.1%; yesterday +44) and 177.010 were discharged (+640, + 0.4%; yesterday +1.505). Currently there are 25,909 positive subjects who are certain (-365, -1.4%; yesterday -1.211; the count rises to 237.290 - as mentioned above - if the dead and healed are also included in the calculation, i.e. counting all people who have been found positive for the virus since the outbreak).

      There are 3,489 patients hospitalized with symptoms (-105, -2.9%; yesterday -153), of which 207 in intensive care (-2, -1%; yesterday -11).
