    State-run ISNA news agency is reporting that Iranian health officials have confirmed two coronavirus cases within the country.

    The first brush with the virus the country has faced since the novel virus was discovered in Wuhan, China in late December.“[Within] the last two days, some suspected cases of the new coronavirus were found,” ISNA quoted the state's Health Ministry as saying.
    There was no indication to the nationalities of the people affected.

          Two people died due to coronation in Qom

          TEHRAN - IRNA - Adviser to the Minister of Health and Medical Education has announced the death of two people due to coronation in Qom.

          Ali Reza Wahabzadeh told IRNA on Wednesday: Both men were identified in Qom today and both were aged.

          "Both died because of corona," he said.

                        Tehran, Feb 20 (AP) Iran said on Thursday that three more people have been infected with the new coronavirus that originated in central China, following an announcement the day before that two people had died of the illness caused by the virus in the Iranian city of Qom.
