A bit of digging to find that Germany produces regular situation reports in German & English: https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/...te/Gesamt.html

The most recent dated 7/3: https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/...ublicationFile

includes this breakdown of 384 cases reported to RKI (of the then 795 lab-confirmed cases).

The age-distribution of cases could explain Germany's lack of fatal cases to date.
