Brazil has a record of 24-hour Covid-19 cases: 65,339; see the moving average
The consortium of press vehicles released a new survey of the situation of the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil based on data from the state health departments, consolidated at 8 pm on Wednesday (22).
The country recorded 1,293 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, reaching a total of 82,890 deaths. As a result, the moving average of new deaths in Brazil in the last 7 days was 1,052 deaths, a variation of 1% compared to data recorded in 14 days.
About the infected, there are already 2,231,871 Brazilians with the new coronavirus, 65,339 confirmed on the last day. The moving average of cases was 37,280 per day, a variation of 1% in relation to cases registered in 14 days.
As a result, Brazil recorded a record of 65,339 cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours.
Deaths from Covid-19 in Brazil: numbers exceed the sum of victims of homicides and traffic accidents in 2019
In total, 12 states had a high death rate: PR, RS, SC, GO, MS, MT, AP, PA, RO, RR, TO and PB.
In relation to Tuesday (20), PR, MT and RO entered the list of states with high.
