    Coronavirus: The bar of 10,000 confirmed cases crossed in Algeria

    New cases of coronavirus infections have raised the bar for more than 10,000 people who have been infected with the Covid-19 virus in Algeria.

    According to the report on Saturday, 115 new cases of contamination with Coronavirus and 8 deaths have been recorded during the last 24 hours in Algeria. As a result, the total number of confirmed cases across the 48 wilayas stands at 10,050 while the number of deaths has reached 698 dead, said the spokesperson for the scientific committee monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus pandemic. , Dr Djamel Fourar.

    The number of cured cases continues to increase, reaching 6,631, including 178 during the last 24 hours.

        Coronavirus disease continues to progress in Algeria, as of Tuesday June 09, (117) new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), as well as 9 deaths have been recorded during the last 24 hours announced today in Algiers on spokesperson for the Scientific Committee for monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus pandemic, Dr Djamel Fourar.

        As a result, the total number of cases infected across the 48 wilayas stands at 10,382, while the number of deaths increases to 724 dead, Algerian health authorities said on Tuesday.

        However 152 new healings have been recorded in the last 24 hours. The total recovery balance thus reached 6,951 cases in the country since the adoption of therapeutic treatment with Chloroquine in Algeria. However, the number of patients having been placed in intensive care amounts to 30 patients.

          Covid-19 in Algeria: 102 new cases and 8 deaths recorded in 24 hours

          102 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 8 deaths have been recorded during the last 24 hours in Algeria, said this Wednesday the spokesman of the scientific committee in charge of monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus pandemic, Pr Djamel Fourar.

          In his daily press briefing, Professor Fourar said that the total number of confirmed cases across the 48 wilayas amounted to 10,484 while the number of deaths increased to 732 dead.

          The number of cured cases continues to increase, reaching 7,074, of which 123 in the past 24 hours.

                112 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus (Covid-19), 98 healings and 9 deaths have been recorded during the last 24 hours in Algeria, said, on Saturday in Algiers, the spokesman of the Scientific Committee for monitoring the evolution of Coronavirus pandemic, Dr Djamel Fourar.

                        Coronavirus in Algeria: 117 new cases and 12 deaths registered in 24 hours

                        The toll of Covid-19 contaminations still exceeds the hundred per day mark. 117 new confirmed cases of coronavirus and 12 new deaths have been recorded in Algeria during the last 24 hours.

                        With these new figures, the total number of confirmed cases increases to 11,385 spread over the 48 wilayas and that of deaths to 811 dead, said Thursday in Algiers the spokesperson for the scientific committee monitoring the evolution of the coronavirus pandemic , Djamel Fourar.

                        New deaths have been recorded in the wilayas of Algiers, Jijel, Skikda, Bejaia, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Laghouat, Tiaret, Mila, El Bayadh, Ouargla and M’sila.

                        In addition, the wilayas where there were more new cases appear, Setif with 21 cases, Blida 18 cases and Algiers 16 new cases.

                        Speaking at the daily press briefing on the evolution of the pandemic, Dr. Fourar said the number of people healed has reached 8,078, 135 of which in the past 24 hours.
