    From what I can ascertain this looks like they are reporting some kind of cold virus that is spreading among children.

    There are 30 - 40 hospitalized (detained), with an overall 200+ ill, yes?

          In the early part of 2009, most of the individuals infected with H5N1 in Egypt were young children, most of whom survived. Although Al Fayyoum Governorate has had several human H5N1 cases in the past, I don't believe any have been reported this year from this governorate.

            as i recall your correct, that said this governorate has reported birdflu h5n1 cases in the past which were never mentioned except by and in the media.

            yes the total is over two hundred, thirty to forty in a single hospital

            the first article mentions other hospitals which are being used.

                    Yes, as I remember there were corresponding H5N1 outbreaks in most cases with many families keeping several chickens in the household, like rooftops, for instance.
